Where is my order?

If the allotted delivery time has passed and you have not received your item(s), or, if you would like to know at what stage of its journey your package is at, please email us on [email protected] and we can provide you with your unique tracking number. Please note: tracking is only available once the order has been dispatched.

Can I make changes to my order once it is placed?

Unfortunately, once you’ve placed your order it is not possible to amend any details as the payment will have been accepted and our team will have started processing your order.

If you have ordered a garment in the wrong size/colour, we simply recommend you return it and then place a new order for the correct item.

If you have given us the wrong shipping details, we recommend you get in touch with us as soon as possible via email so we can amend the address. Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once the have been dispatched.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

We start processing your order as soon as we receive it to make sure that it reaches you as soon as possible. For this reason we cannot accept cancelations.

What should I do if i recieve the wrong item?

We’re sorry you received the wrong item! In the unlikely event that this happens to you, get in touch with us via email with your name, order number and the item that you were supposed to receive. Once this is done, please return the item using the instructions on the Exchanges page and from there we will do our best to quickly resolve the problem for you.

I have forgotten my password, what can I do?

Not to worry! Simply go to the My Account page and click on the ‘edit your password and account details’ link.

I cant find an item that was advertised?

In the description of any picture we post we will always try to include the name of the item that is being advertised, e.g; ‘The Sara Dress’ or ‘The Faye Trousers’. You can search for that item by inputting the name into the search bar that is located at the top of every page.

If you do this and still cannot find a particular item, feel free to email us with a picture or a detailed description and we will do our best to find the item for you.

Will you be getting more stock?

Our most popular items can sell out very quickly. Our best sellers have been labeled with a pink ‘R&DLOVES’ tag, so if you see that one of these items is in stock and in your size, don’t waste any time buying it!
